This December, our Falcon Family Involvement Team is proud to partner with Wreaths Across America to Remember, Honor, and Teach.
The community is invited to join us at the Constantine Township Cemetery for a special ceremony to honor our local veterans by placing wreaths on their graves.

This year’s goal is to have 510 wreaths sponsored — enough to ensure every veteran’s grave in our local cemetery is covered.
